The Department has produced a web-based training curriculum for assessors and case managers who conduct comprehensive assessments. Before administering the new 701B, assessors and case managers must complete the online training and retain a certificate to demonstrate they successfully passed the final examination. Notice of Instruction (Please note: Congregate Meal Site providers are not required to complete comprehensive training. The Department has developed a separate document that can be accessed through the website in the notice of instruction link.)
The web-based training is hosted by the Department of Management Service (DMS). To register for the training please send your First Name, Last Name, and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org. A learner account will be created, then further instruction will be sent to the email address provided.
Historical data, including certification of completion, for 701B Assessment training completed prior to August 30, 2020, in the previous training system is not available. To obtain a new certificate of completion following the steps above to register for and then complete the 701B training course in DMS Learning Management System.
