The Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA) regularly receives calls from elders in need throughout the state of Florida seeking resources and services available in their area. As the Department works to meet those needs, it is vital that the resources provided to these elders serve the same mission: to promote the well-being, safety, and independence of Florida’s elders, their families, and caregivers.
The Department recognizes and appreciates how diligently you work as a senior center in Florida to provide much needed services to elders in your community. Senior centers continue to be a safe and steadfast resource for elders in need.
As DOEA works to provide resources efficiently and effectively, we are asking for your help. Click here to take a moment to complete this brief survey about your senior center. This survey includes basic information, such as location, services provided, etc. We do ask that a separate survey be completed for each location/site.
Please contact Melanie Ginn at 850-414-2020 or via email at ginnm@elderaffairs.org with any questions or concerns.
Your unwavering dedication to supporting elders across the state is truly appreciated. Thank you for all that you do!
